1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Moonward Brands, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Moonward,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the A33 brand, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with geta33.com (the “Site”) and the products and services we offer through it.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order and subscription history, account credentials, product preferences, responses to surveys and questionnaires, reviews and other content you submit, and the messages you send us when you contact customer support. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, items viewed or added to cart, session duration, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is collected through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies. See Section 6.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from our service providers, advertising and analytics partners, social media platforms where you interact with us, referral or affiliate partners, and fraud-prevention services, and we may combine that information with what we already hold.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and manage subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations;

  • communicate with you about orders, subscriptions, account matters, and customer support requests;

  • send marketing communications where you have opted in, and let you opt out at any time;

  • operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Site and our products;

  • understand how customers use the Site, measure the performance of our marketing, and conduct research and analytics;

  • prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service; and

  • carry out any other purpose we describe to you at the point of collection or to which you consent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with companies that perform services for us, including payment processing, order fulfillment, warehousing and shipping, website hosting and platform services, email delivery, customer support, surveys and reviews, analytics, fraud prevention, and marketing. They are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.

Advertising partners. We work with advertising and social media platforms to show you ads and to measure how our advertising performs. Depending on your settings and your state of residence, this activity may be treated as “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information for targeted advertising under some privacy laws. See Sections 6 and 7 for your choices.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

With your direction. We share information with others when you ask us to or otherwise consent.

5. Health-Related Information

Some information you choose to give us may relate to your health or wellness — for example, answers to a survey or questionnaire about your goals, your diet, or whether you are using a particular type of medication. You are not required to provide this information in order to buy our products.

Where you provide it, we use it to fulfill and support your order, to answer your questions, to improve our products, and, where permitted, to understand and improve our marketing. We do not use it to make decisions about your eligibility for insurance, credit, or employment. We are not a healthcare provider, and we are not a covered entity under HIPAA; information you give us is not protected health information under that law.

Some states give you additional rights over health-related data, including the right to withdraw consent to its collection or sharing and the right to have it deleted. To exercise those rights, contact us at hello@geta33.com.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Site (for example, to keep items in your cart and to keep you signed in), as well as analytics and advertising technologies that help us understand how the Site is used and measure and target our advertising.

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, though parts of the Site may not work properly if you do. Where we display a cookie or consent banner, you can use it to manage your preferences. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the tools offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative, and through the ad settings offered by individual platforms. Opting out does not stop all advertising; it makes the ads you see less tailored.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • to know what personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and share it;

  • to request a copy of that information, or to have it sent to another party;

  • to correct inaccurate personal information;

  • to request deletion of your personal information;

  • to opt out of targeted advertising and of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information;

  • to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and

  • to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email hello@geta33.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or write to us at the address in Section 12. We will ask for information sufficient to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask the agent for proof of authorization. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, and you can update your account and subscription details at any time through your account on the Site.

8. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we require our service providers to do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials confidential and notify us at hello@geta33.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — including to fulfill orders, service subscriptions, provide support, and maintain business records — and afterwards for as long as necessary to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

10. Children

The Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@geta33.com and we will delete it.

11. Users Outside the United States

We operate from the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country. If you use the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on the Site, and the “Last updated” date above tells you when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will take additional steps to notify you where required by law.
